The 2023 School Nurse Conference will be held at ProMedica Toledo Hospital Diabetes Center. Address is 2100 W Central Ave Toledo, OH 43606

Registration includes admission for one for the entire presentation. We will have refreshments (coffee and water) in the morning as well as a full lunch provided for each attendee. Please let us know if there are any dietary restrictions our organizers need to be aware of as we prepare for this event!

In an effort to make this conference accessible and increase education about diabetes, there is no fee to attend. However, if your plans change and can no longer attend the conference, we ask you let us know so we can prepare accordingly.

We are more than happy to write you a ‘Doctor’s Note’ that nurses and other school staff can use! If you are interested, please email [email protected] at least a week before the conference.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the conference we are unable to record sessions at this time.

When you register, we will ask for your license number and when the conference is over, all nurses will be contacted with a certificate awarding hours. We will confirm this with you during check in.

Yes, of course! We want all school staff who work with children living with diabetes to attend. If you are not a licensed nurse and would like to attend, simply put “N/A” in the question asking about your license number.

Yes. We aim to provide general education, and while we will touch on state-specific topics, will not exclude staff from other portions of our service area.

As this conference is taking place on the ProMedica Toledo Hospital campus, masks may be required when not eating or drinking. As the conference gets closer, we will be in touch with details including masking policy. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!
