National Parks and Federal Recreation Pass – Anyone with type 1 diabetes can apply for a free lifetime access pass to US national parks! You can obtain your pass through the mail, which involves a $10 fee for processing, or you can get it in person to avoid the processing fee. Either way, the pass itself is free and lasts a lifetime.
