Family Connect is a program intended to provide newly diagnosed families living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) support from a seasoned DYS family who lives in their area.
Even after camp, the fun doesn’t stop! We offer programs specifically for high school and college age students throughout the year to offer support when they need it the most.
In order to better serve our families in Findlay and surrounding counties, we have started a small chapter in Findlay, Ohio. Stay tuned for event updates below.
